We have created four Ship to Home Gift Box options: Jam Box, Preserve Box, Lennox Farm Favourites Box, and Create Your Own Box. Each Lennox Farm Box contains speciality, homemade products. Our products are handmade in the farm kitchen in small batches, using homegrown and local ingredients.
Each Lennox Farm Box is curated to order and can be completely customized. Boxes are shipped for free throughout Ontario and can be delivered nationwide for a small additional fee.
