Field Dinner with Chef Thomas Salvo


Join us at Lennox Farm on Saturday, September 10th from 5:00 – 9 pm for an evening of local food, entertainment, and good company. The evening will include a guided farm tour and hands-on harvesting experience, learning how food goes from field to fork.  A delicious four course meal, created by chef Thomas Salvo, will be served as guests relax and enjoy the fresh country air. Guests are encouraged to dress for the weather and farm environment as the event will run rain or shine.

First Course
  • LARDO:  spruced cured, poached green strawberries, fermented rhubarb vinaigrette
Second Course
  • LENNOX PANSANELLA: with raw and grilled Brussels sprouts, french English peas, cherry tomatoes, sourdough crouton, secret lands caciotta, tomato seed vinaigrette
Third Course
  • HOWICK COMMUNITY FARMS CHICKEN: with Brussels sprout kraut, rutabaga puree, pea tendril salad, chicken jus

  • RHUBARB PAVLOVA: with English pea and white chocolate ice cream, brown butter crumble
