Field Dinner with Chef Stephane Renaux


Join us at Lennox Farm on Monday, August 22nd from 5:30 – 9 pm for an evening of local food, entertainment, and good company. The evening will include a guided farm tour and hands-on harvesting experience, learning how food goes from field to fork.  A delicious four course meal, created by chef Stephane Renaux, will be served as guests relax and enjoy the fresh country air. Guests are encouraged to dress for the weather and farm environment as the event will run rain or shine.

First Course
  • BURRATA with rhubarb and garlic vinaigrette, rosemary salt, candied almonds and grilled focaccia
Second Course
  • grilled cauliflower, kale, preserved lemon, chili, and mint labneh
Third Course
  • GRILLED LOIN OF LAMB (OR WOOD HEN) with sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, peas succotash, and chimichurri
Fourth Course
  • Strawberries with Rhubarb and gin curd, basil, and sable breton
