Field to Fork dining experiences offer a unique glimpse into the agriculture industry and narrate a story of how food literally goes from the field to your fork. At Lennox Farm, our mission is to support the community with healthy, fresh, local food.  Our Field to Fork Dinner Series provides opportunities for the community to visit our working farm and learn about how we grow healthy soil to produce healthy food and support a healthy community. We believe that by providing opportunities for agriculture education, people will deepen their connection with and respect for the natural world and the food they eat.

Our Field to Fork Dinner Series spans five evenings from July through October.  The events will feature 6 locally renowned chefs who will create multi-course seasonal menus featuring fruits, vegetables, and herbs grown on our farm.

The evening will begin as guests socialize with each other and have the opportunity to meet and greet the farmers and chefs responsible for the meal. Guided farm tours are offered before dinner where guests will learn how the food featured in the evening’s meal is grown and harvested.  Everyone will have the opportunity to participate in harvesting seasonal fruit and vegetables. Talented local artist, Sohayla Smith will play music as guests take their seats at the long tables in the field.  Dinner will be served while guests relax and enjoy the fresh country air.

We have partnered with six extremely talented local chefs: Anthony Law, Julius Murdhani, Chris Locke, Stephane Renaux, Thomas Salvo, and Adam Lefleur. They will each create a multi-course meal, featuring in-season ingredients grown on our farm and sourced from other local producers. The menu will be completely guided by our fields and by the creative musings of each chef.

Dinner will be served in the field, rain or shine.  Therefore, guests are encouraged to come dressed for the weather so they can enjoy themselves throughout the evening.  The fields may be uneven or muddy, so everyone is asked to wear practical shoes and dress comfortably.

Tickets for each dinner can be purchased online, through the Event section of our Farm Shop (https://lennoxfarm.ca/shop-events/).  Tickets are $125/guest and include gratuities.  A few weeks before the event, guests will receive an email detailing the anticipated dinner menu.  If there are any specific dietary restrictions or requests, please let us know once you have received the menu.

Regardless of the dinner you decide to attend, we can assure you that you will have a truly memorable evening and an incredible dining experience with the freshest and most flavourful foods available!
